Okay - whew

During a routine backup, they had some problems.. I spoke to a rep who checked into it and has corrected the problem and subsequently, I received this email:

Hello,

My apologies. I corrected an issue with your DNS zone. Your site should come
back onine within the next 3-4 hours.

Thank you,

System Administrator

The rep on the phone said we will not lose any data - things will be restored as it was.
